We live in weird, unexpected times... almost crazy. We have all seen great changes around us and within us. Whatever you may think, the Coronavirus pandemic has revolutionized our lives. We are a little curious, a little afraid but this is the new "normality". The processes in the world of work or Erasmus+ exchanges have also changed. New challenges were introduced, new skills must necessarily be developed and acquired. At the core of these new challenges stands smart working seasoned with cross-cultural work, i.e. in collaboration with workers from all over the world, typical of a globalised world where markets have many connections between different countries. It is therefore necessary to become the master of your own resources, invest in them and train oneself ad hoc: work toward a specific goal and not only towards occupying your working schedule with a critical spirit, willpower, flexibility, willingness to overcome critical issues and, above all, to be able to get out of one's comfort zone. That's how we conceived this playlist, a series of missions-activities to guide you through this new Virtual Mobility challenge.Ready, set, go…!

Tasks
Task no.1

Here you are questioned about some of the situations that could happen during a virtual mobility. How would you deal with them? Answer the questions in the quiz below:https://kahoot.it/challenge/03834639?challenge-id=f6f53dc6-ddbe-4bb5-8a7d-b73af8c043d3_1604342793925
Task no.2
Evidence verified by: one activity organiser
Keep track of the objectives achieved, the things learnt and the difficulties overcome during your virtual internship and be ready to share them with the rest of the group during the monitoring sessions. In case of overcoming difficulties, write down how you managed to deal with them and how you enhanced your PROBLEM SOLVING skills and attitude. You can use a diary, a piece of paper, a digital text document.
Task no.3
Evidence verified by: one activity organiser
The word “competence” means a mix of knowledge, abilities and attitudes: you are “competent” if you are able to act well in a certain situation. To be competent does not mean solely to know something or to have some notions about some topics, but also to put into practice the knowledge in a given context and situation.
Watch the following video and reflect about what the meaning of hard skills and soft skills:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0FFLFcB9xfQ
As you probably know there is a difference between HARD SKILLS and SOFT SKILLS.Hard skills are for example: design skills, knowledge of social platforms, photography skills, English language certificates, knowledge of graphic design apps, knowledge of Google Drive, knowledge of open source image platforms.Soft skills are for example: reliability, proactive attitude, attention to detail, autonomy, self-confidence, problem solving skills, spirit of initiative, flexibility, ability to learn, good communication skills.
Now please, make a list of skills (both hard and soft ) you would like to acquire or develop, during your virtual internship experience and in your future.
