Get to know the work sector, at home and in the host country, know and overcome all the limits and difficulties that can arise with smart working.

Think about the company in which you’re doing the internship and answer the following questions. Remember you can also ask your company tutor some of the information or search on the internet:
What do they do?How is the company structured? (head company, branch company, family-run company)How many employees do they have?Are they a new business or do they have a long history? Describe how the company was created and what is the idea behind the company’s creation.
Try to write down differences and things in common you think there might be between the same sector here in Italy and in your home country.

Imagine being a company tutor and having to follow an Erasmus+ intern like you. Choose ten skills of the following lists in total (or write your own) that you think would be most needed in a Erasmus+ intern. Please explain your choice.
HARD SKILLS: design skills, knowledge of social platforms, photography skills, English language certificates, knowledge of graphic design apps, knowledge of Google Drive, knowledge of open source image platforms.
SOFT SKILLS: reliability, proactive attitude, attention to detail, autonomy, self-confidence, problem solving skills, spirit of initiative, flexibility, ability to learn, good communication skills.
